Processing Time
All orders are carefully prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer reliable shipping across Canada. Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Free Shipping
We’re pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 (before taxes) within Canada.

Order Tracking
Once your order has left our facility, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can follow your package in real time using the link provided.

Incorrect or Changed Addresses
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate before completing your purchase. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at curated@oatxscrubs.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order is processed we cannot guarantee changes.
